Bio/简介
- Teresa graduated from Beijing Foreign Studies University and Peking University of China, holding Bachelor of Arts and Juris Master degree. She graduated from LLM program, Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, and is a licenced Ontario lawyer practicing immigration law, civil ligitation, Wills and Estate, Real Estate, and family law. Teresa was licensed in Ontario as a Paralegal and a Federal RCIC before this. As an Ontario Notary Public, Teresa runs one of the most professional public centers in Toronto: Hansun Notary Public Center.

- Teresa has solid background across administrative, managerial, and legal fields. She worked 2 years as a university lecturer, 8 years of administrative and managerial experience in a Germany-based High-tech listed company, 4 years as a deputy director in a legal training company, 1-year experience working as a motivated and effective RCIC/Paralegal in a Toronto-based Law Firm, and another 1-year experience working in the Legal Services Branch of Civil Litigation Division with the Ministry of the Solicitor General (Ontario). Teresa articled in a local law firm with 20 years of practice in Totonto.

Mahmood Graduated from MUET, holding Bachelor of Engineering and Bachelor Of Science
(Mathematics), Pakistan. He obtained his paralegal certificate from Centennial College and Immigration Consultant Diploma from CDI. After working with America Express for more than a decade, Mahmood now has a key practice focus on immigration, commercial disputes resolution, landlord and tenant disputes, and small claims court representation, and real estate.

Landy is well-versed in the full real estate transaction process, with proven skills in title searches, document preparation, Teraview registrations, and managing closings from start to finish. Landy worked with a couple of real esate law firms, and is known for her strong communication and organizational skills, she works efficiently with clients, real estate agents, financial institutions, and government agencies. She worked in China’s judicial system for more than 30 years, cultivating the rigor, fairness, and professionalism expected of a legal professional. Bianca is also a licensed travel consultant in Canada.
In Canada, Bianca has been engaged in the study, employment, and immigration consulting field for over ten years. She has a deep understanding of Canada’s integrated policies on education, work, and immigration, and excels at designing personalized “Study–Work–Immigration” comprehensive plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

As one of the early e-commerce professionals, Shandy previously worked for a domestically listed company, specializing in managing the online operations of outdoor sports brands before immigrating. Through her past managerial roles, Shandy acquired substantial experience in project and goal management, demonstrating adeptness in market insights and risk control. Prioritizing children's education and continuous personal development, she chose to immigrate to Canada.
